Posizione rispetto ai punti d'interesse di Varsavia, tranquillità della zona, dotazioni interne come lavatrice e smart TV.
Pulizia non sufficiente: ragnatele (con tanto di ragno in bella vista), briciole sulle sedie, federa con aloni, macchie sulle superfici, polvere, peli e capelli sui pavimenti e sul divano, capelli sulla lampada del comodino accanto al letto, aloni e peli sotto alla tavoletta wc, saponetta usata avanzata sopra al doccione, stoviglie impolverate esposte su una mensola, stoviglie, tostapane e posate sporchi, cavatappi con tappo in sughero ancora avvitato. Manutenzione scarsa: porta carta igienica non disponibile perché rotto con i pezzi lasciati nell'armadio del bagno, sedie con gambe non stabili.
