Geriausia buto savybė yra ta, kad strategiškai yra labai geroje vietoje. Kaina neatitinka kokybės, nes bute buvo labai nešvaru. Vietos bute užtektinai, nes yra du atskiri miegamieji kambariai.
Bute buvo labai nešvaru, grindys neplautos (grindys šviesios, todėl buvo puikiai matyt, kad neplautos), stalas lipnus (nenuvalytas). Tualeto šiuksledėžė buvo pilna, neišneštos, neišmestos šiukšlės. Dušas kemšasi, klozetas taip pat kemšasi (sunkiai nubėga vanduo). Virtuvės spintelėje, kur lėkštės sudėtos labai nešvaru, nes cukraus priberta (valytoja nevalo spintelių, neplauna grindų, nenuvalo stalo ir kitų paviršių). Pati nusipirkau drėgnų servetėlių ir valiau stalą, kad galėtume pasidėti daiktus. Kambarių durys sunkiai užsidaro. Buto langai yra į gatvės pusę, todėl atidarius labai girdisi triukšmas.
