This place was above my initial expectations. The rooms were very tidy and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable (including the living room's sofa bed), the bathrooms well maintained and the kitchen had everything you needed to enjoy making your meal in peace. The place is nicely decorated, giving a fresh vibe without being too fancy. The surprise was how large was the balcony. It was the entire length of the appartment and we had panoramic view of the city centre, which was perfect to sit and relax in the morning and late night. The location is outstandingly convenient: museums in absolute proximity, metro right around the corner, shops and mall right outside the door. All perfect, but be careful with the parking as there is no free spot around the block and they are all limited and with fees. I highly recommend this place. Price and quality were perfectly matched especially when taking into account the location of the flat.

Reading the previous comments, we had doubts whether the apartment would be good. But it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is in a great location, close to the most active part of the city, close to restaurants, pedestrian streets. The air conditioners worked great in the hot weather. The curtains do not provide complete darkness in the morning, but it does not interfere with falling asleep at all. The apartment is located in the very center, on the side of the street, but the noise from the street is not heard and does not interfere. Very pleasant blankets and pillows. The mattress in one bedroom was excellent, in the other - you had to roll a little to the middle. We had no problems closing the bathroom door. A large and spacious balcony from which to enjoy the night Warsaw. If you want to sit on the balcony, you can bring chairs from the kitchen. There were 2 light bulbs missing, but that was a small thing, because there are 16 different light fixtures in the apartment! The kitchen was also sufficiently equipped. And we had no problems parking the car on the street.

The location of the apartment in heart Warsaw was excellent and travelling around Warsaw from the apartments location was very easy.

The apartment was difficult to find by car made worse by one end of the road being closed off due to roadworks which led to us going round and round to get in the right side of the street, rang host for advice and they were totally unhelpful. When we arrived at the apartment, 5 guests, we had only been given 1 bath towel each and no hand towels were available for washing hands. One of the chairs had a broken leg and was just propped against the wall. There was no terrace furniture as described. When all of the above was reported to the host they didn't do anything at all about any of it, they were completely unhelpful and couldn't care less. What was more disturbing is that during a pandemic the lack of hand towels, despite complaints, for basic hand washing hygiene were still not provided.
