The location of the apartment is excellent! It's only steps away from the Central Train Station, the Palace of Culture & Science, and the Historic Centre (Stare Miasto), but unlike those areas it is quiet and special. This is my favourite part of Warsaw — centre south, close to lots of excellent restaurants/cafés, fashionable shops, galleries, embassies, ministries, the Parliament and Senate, and of course beautiful parks! The building is great, the neighbours are quiet, and despite a hot streak the apartment maintained coolness (plus the fan was a nice bonus). The hosts were great — the instructions about courtyard gate, building door and apartment door were clear and easy. Communication was simple and clear. The milk in the fridge was a welcome surprise.
The plumbing in the kitchen made the water from the cold tap come out warm.

Location. Size of apartment. Clean.
I use booking.com all the time. And I am relying on other people’s reviews and comments to make a decision. I’m trying to be as neutral as possible when I post a review. Location can be pretty load with a bar/restaurant near by. Went in until 2:30am. Bed is a little old and worn out. Not enough towels. Needs some upgrading.
