L'emplacement !!

Les indications peut précises pour récupérer la clé dans la boîte sécurisée sur la porte d'entrée, l'absence de possibilité de pouvoir rentrer avant 15h00 â l'arrivée, surtout pour ceux qui arrivent à varsovie par un vol du matin et de devoir patienter pendant des heures devant l'entrée avec les valises, la fuite de la cuvette du lavabo dans les tiroirs du dessous du meuble ( donc dans nos affaires) dans la salle de bain, l'abattant des WC totalement défixé ... et aucune intervention de qui que ce soit durant le séjour !

Perfect location, beautiful internal design.

A few small bits were missing, e.g. tea towels and scissors. Would also benefit from a coffee machine or at least a cafetière instead of instant coffee. Some of the pots and pans need replacing as they are badly scratched. Also, we have booked for 6 people (3 kids and 3 adults) but the property is best suited maximum for 4 people. There are only 4 chairs and 1 bathroom, so a bit tricky for 6. Finally, a few more toiletries would be helpful for 6 people but understand it was just a “starter pack”.

L'appartamento è moderno e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è eccezionale, non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio.

Prima di riuscire a prenotare abbiamo dovuto effettuare svariati tentativi (la carta veniva sempre rifiutata dall'host nonostante fosse tutto regolare) per poi essere costretti ad effettuare il pagamento su un sito esterno. Tre delle nostre lenzuola erano macchiate di sangue e ho contattato subito l'host per farmele sostituire ma ho ricevuto risposta solo 2 giorni dopo (quando ormai il soggiorno stava per volgere al termine) e mi sono semplicemente state chieste delle foto, che non ho potuto inviare in quanto nella chat di booking non è consentito caricare immagini. Ho chiesto quindi un indirizzo email a cui inviarle ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Intanto ovviamente il soggiorno è terminato. I divani letto vengono considerati come matrimoniali ma solo metà di questi ha il materasso liscio, l'altra metà presenta le bombature tipiche degli schienali dei divani ed è scomodissimo dormirci.

Uzun yoldan sonra kendi aptalliğimiz yüzünden odaya geçemedik. Şifre bilgileri açık şekilde bildirilmemiş. Telefon ve mesajlarımıza cevap verilmedi. Bu yüzden puanı düşük tuttuk.
