Excellent directions. The process is slightly complicated, but marcin made it easy.

Location and view otside is really beautiful, especially in the night. Location of the place is also good. There is food-drinks shop downstairs working 6-23/7. Nearby is big shopping center, subway and a lot of places to visit.

I started about the view from the windows, so lets talk about them. Windows are not hermetic, hinge on one of them is broken, so they do not close tight. Cold wind is blowing through them (19th floor) and also through ventilation devices in windows (or better to say places where they were installed sometime ago). These devices are not present, broken, just holes to the outside. Good, that it was not cold enough. You can see mold forming where the cold air always flow . When we booked for 4(2 adults and 2 kids), beddings were prepared just for 3 people. Blanket for the forth person was also missing. When we escalated case, owner said that he did not get info we will be 4 (nonsense) and we need to sleep as it is, they will provide beddings next day. Beddings were provided next day. Walls have a lot of dirt marks and plinths some places are missing. There were marks of the fat on the kitchen hood and facade, kitchen furniture need some adjustments as they are closing not correctly. First aid kit in the kitched (or what is left from it) has basically nothing inside, just some teared bandages and I hope not a used glove. If You provide it - make sure it has all needed stuff inside in case. In the main wardrobe there is a total mess inside. Some old socks lying with dust, some old not used TV taking main space where the clothes are hanging. Small table in the room has some big punctures on the top, which were hidden with the decorative cover. Cupboard where TV is has a mess of cables visible arround and some old external advertising sign just left in the apartment in the corner. In the bathroom, shower tray was not draining dirty water, so self plumbing was needed to fix it. Door has no lock, just hole in the door where it should be. Bathroom over all was not bad, clean we just missed some electric towel dryer on the wall. Internal doors are not closing easily and have a lot of scrathes on them.

great location in the centrum, easy to get anywhere. was clean.

internet and cable did not work, difficult to contact. also, many hidden fees, so the final bill was much higher than advertised.
