Brak wentylacji w łazience i w mieszkaniu, wyrwane gniazdko elektryczne w salonie i w kuchni, brak instrukcji używania ekspresu klonowego i brudna sofa po rozłożeniu w salonie.

Mieszkanie blisko głównych punktów Warszawy. Przede wszystkim obok metra. Lepszej lokalizacji nie mogło być.
Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Przede wszystkim kanapa w salonie. Widoczne zabrudzenia wskazujące na … wymiociny. Ten jeden fakt sprawiła że wszystko wydawało się „brudne”.
