The location was ideal for us. The bus from the airport stops close by though we did not use it. It’s on a busy street so there is the typical city noise but that doesn’t bother me. I liked being able to walk to Old Town and there are a lot of good restaurants in the area. Host communication was excellent. They provided clear instructions.

Window blinds almost transparent and kept no light out of the room. Unfortunately, as windows were on the roof woke up each day with the sun rise before 6am. Black out blinds would significantly have improved our stay. Other than that, the room was great and exactly as described.

The location is very closely situated to the old town area. With the windows closed the room was quiet.

In our room the faucet by the sink basically provided hot or very hot water, with cold water running only if the shower was also turned on to hot. We were offered to have maintenance inspect it, which we decided to not have during our stay as we had a busy schedule and didn't want to leave our luggage unattended. Customer service wrote that they will look into the issue after our check-out, so this problem might have been sorted since. Even though there were plates, mugs and cutlery provided in the apartment there was no sponge or any kind of detergents available in the room. The apartment is located on the top floor, due to which the rooms get warm by the end of the day. There is AC available, but if you don't want to use it while sleeping, the alternative is opening the windows to a noisy street.
