Lokalizacja b. dobra, kilkanaście minut pieszo z Dworca Centralnego - ale można też podjechać tramwajem. Mieszkanie na 6 piętrze (jest winda) - w nocy wspaniały widok na Centrum. Mieszkanie ok - fotki nie kłamią ;-) Łóżka szerokie, wygodne.

No funcionaba la luz de uno de los dormitorios. Estaría bien contar con pastillas de lavavajillas.

l'équipement cuisine très miséreux; pas de tire bouchon, une seule petite éponge, pas de spatules e bois, pas d'égoutir, tres peu de couverts, peu de sopalin, pas de condiments, tres peu assiettes....et surtout mpossible de pouvoir envoyer un mail au responsable (aucune adresse mails indiquée !) Et aussi toutes les 5 minutes un court bip très strident de l'alarme incendie iintérieure qui empêche de dormir !

No "24 hour front desk"- not only this is false information, but the truth is quite the opposite. The property is managed by a company that is not responsive at all. When trying to get a confirmation regarding my payment for the stay (I was sent an external payment link)- I had to involve Booking support. Reaching them by the listed owner's phone number is impossible, even Booking support failed to reach them by phone. I recommend you try and reaching them via phone before you make your reservation and see for yourself. They responded only after I've involved Booking's support team, and they sent them a message. At some point I thought I was scammed with paying outside of Booking's app since they didn't respond to my messages. I also requested a baby cot several times (all via emails or Booking's inbox), but I never got their response on this. There was no baby cot when we arrived. I was only able to get in contact with them via a phone number that was found in the apartment (a different one from the one that's available on Booking), received the baby cot only on the second night of our stay. We were not offered any compensation for this. The double beds are tiny. One room has a bed that is far away from being called a double bed, it was too small even for our two kids. The shower is very small. Someone who's more than 75kg wouldn't be comfortable turning around or moving at all in this shower. Some of the bed sheets were stained, the TV stand in the living room was very dusty.
