Проживання в цілому сподобалось. Перевагою є дуже зручне розташування — близько до центру, поруч магазини, кафе та все необхідне в пішій доступності. Квартира чиста, охайна, є балкон, що також є плюсом.
З того, що не дуже сподобалось: побутова техніка потребує оновлення. Праска працювала неналежним чином, а фен був старий і перегрівався та періодично вимикався. Також виникли незручності з заселенням — не були надані всі коди для входу, довелося додатково зв’язуватись, щоб отримати інструкції. Було б краще отримувати повну інформацію заздалегідь, щоб уникнути затримок при заселенні.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, jasne, nie przytłaczające, w delikatnej kolorystyce. Widok z okna na bardzo ładną kamienicę. Okolica spokojna, żabka tuż za rogiem, więc można szybko skoczyć po zakupy. Osobiście byłam zachwycona pachnącą pościelą:) pierwszy raz tak dobrze spało mi się w "obcym" mieszkaniu. Nie ma klimatyzacji, ale jest wentylator kolumnowy. Myślę, że zdecydowanie wybiorę ten Apartament raz jeszcze, przy kolejnej wizycie w Warszawie.
Trochę mało akcesoriów kuchennych, żeby coś ugotować to raczej kiepsko. W szafce w kuchni schowane wiaderko po farbie, a w szafce na akcesoria do sprzątania w łazience brudne ręczniki - nie przeszkadzało mi to jakoś szczególnie, no ale trochę razi w oczy. Oprócz ręczników kąpielowych przydałyby się również małe do rąk.
