Przemiły właściciel, otwarty, uczynny, bardzo duży plus za elastyczność co do godziny przybycia i wyjazdu - mogliśmy wcześniej zająć obiekt niż oficjalne ustalone godziny, po wcześniejszym oczywiście zapowiedzeniu. Byliśmy w maju, trafiliśmy na deszcz w Warszawie, przemokliśmy, bardzo miło było wejść do obiektu w którym są ciepłe kaloryfery. Na miejscu poznaliśmy przemiłą Panią opiekującą się obiektem. W okolicy bardzo dużo dobrych miejsc w których można coś zjeść. Polecam bar mleczny "Jakby luksusowo" i piekarenkę " Aromat".

Posizione buona , doccia ottima tutto funzionante . Il proprietario gentilissimo e simpatico
Wi-Fi presente ma non funzionante , stanza sporca , lenzuola sporche passate tra ospiti e un altro ,presente per un solo divano letto scomodo . Porta d’ingresso con problema e da tenere cura per evitare di rompere . Il proprietario gentile e simpatico ma vista l’età avanzata capiamo che dovrebbe esser gestito un po’ meglio anche perché abbiamo pagato 70 euro a notte non pochissimo .
