Location, easy communication with owners and good entry instructions. No fuss.
No air conditioning, hair dryer was tiny. My towels smelled a little bit.

It was nice and clean . Once you know how to get in flat all is good
Get in is bit problems. Specially if person from abroad. Which key pad for pin number which key pad for flat number. Nd flat door handle got pin number which I couldn't see it after few times try I got it. This not a complain 😁

Location near the station and transport stops, many restaurants around.
However, the room is facing to the main room, if you open the window, you won't able to sleep because of noise from the road. If not opening the window, you will be definitely sweat during summer. The bathroom drains water very slow so it can be a pool when taking more 5-min shower.
