The place is in a good neighborhood. It is not loud and you can sleep quietly. There is everything you need in kitchen. There is an oven a microwave fridge kettle and etc. There are showers that are where amazing, very nice one.
The only problem probably is that during winter you bring a lot of sand into the room 😁
