Good price, clean

Gaining entrance by following the English version of the instructions was a little unclear but we worked it out in the end. It was like being on a TV game show.

The place was in city center. Easy to find and near to everything

The room policy. Its not written in booking.com. The owner said that its available but its not.

Very good location in the heart of the city, 10 mins away from the Central train station and airport busses that stop there. Contactless check in with clear instructions. I would stay here again when I am in Warsaw next time. Pleasant and clean.

The location is the only real advantage of this property. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the overall experience.

It was very difficult to get help when we needed it. I requested an extra blanket, but received no response for an entire day. The phone number was also unreachable. When I asked again in the evening, I was told that there were no extra blankets available. There were also some basic maintenance and housekeeping issues. Kitchen paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper were not replenished promptly after being used up. The hairdryer in the bathroom had a badly deformed casing and had clearly not been replaced. One of the window blinds was also broken and could not be used.
