Bardzo dobry lokalizacja, 10 min od metra, 5 min od tramwaju, pod blokiem Biedronka, rano słychać śpiew ptaków. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który był bardzo pomocny i elastyczny. Czysta łazienka, kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe artykuły (kawa, herbata, sól, cukier, płyn do mycia naczyń). W sypialni łóżko dwuosobowe, biurko, szafa, wygodny, raczej twardy materac.
Mieszkanie stare, podzielone na pojedyncze pokoje na wynajem. Od biedy można określić, że ma "urok PRLu". Niestety na minus fakt, że w naszym pokoju bardzo śmierdziało papierosami. Przeszła zapachem tapeta, ściany. Na szczęście można otworzyć okno. Mieszkanie jest raczej na nocleg, niekoniecznie dłuższy pobyt.

Зручне розташування . Центр міста .Супермаркети є поблизу.Кухня чудова:газова плита , чайник, мікрохвильва піч, посуд.
Є пральна машина, але нема прального засобу..
