Czysta łazienka, kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe artykuły (kawa, herbata, sól, cukier, płyn do mycia naczyń). W sypialni łóżko dwuosobowe, biurko, szafa, wygodny, raczej twardy materac.

Mieszkanie stare, podzielone na pojedyncze pokoje na wynajem. Od biedy można określić, że ma "urok PRLu". Niestety na minus fakt, że w naszym pokoju bardzo śmierdziało papierosami.
