The property's location and the staff are very attentive, especially Mrs. Natália, who always helped me with any difficulties in reserving available beds for me 😊 .

The communal areas are generally clean. The bathrooms were cleaned in the morning and the beds were ready. The location is amazing and easy to get to the Old Town. It's very good value for money. There are a few drinks to help yourselves to in the kitchen area and there is a water cooler and plenty of crockery and plates to make use of. The beds are acceptable and the lockers are a bit battered but still work.

I really didn't like the fact that it was not properly staffed. All the codes were given in advance but on the day I was let in by someone leaving the building. The main door to the hostel was open. No one to greet me or check my ID and I felt really vulnerable as a single female traveller. Basic info only at the reception. There is a number to call for info but it was a Polish number so my phone wouldn't call out to it. I sent an email but no answer until too late. There needs to be a WhatsApp contact as many guests have the same issue with not being able to make calls when abroad. The lady who came to clean in the morning seems to be doing everything. I really didn't feel safe there. Luckily the other girls in my room were lovely.
