Wygodna kanapa, dostęp do balkonu, szafa z kilkoma wieszakami i stół z czterema krzesłami w pokoju.
Zdecydowanie więcej misek (była tylko 1 miska w całym mieszkaniu). Moim zdaniem koniecznie powinna być mikrofalówka w mieszkaniu na wynajem krótkoterminowy. Dostępna deska do prasowania ale brak żelazka (albo gdzieś było, a ja ślepy nie zauważyłem, ale długo szukałem). Ruchoma szklana ścianka w lazience blokująca rozprzestrzenie się wody podczas włączania słuchawki prysznicowej po rozłożeniu była niestabilna i uciekała z miejsca, w którym powinna stać nieruchomo (ewentualnie powinien być korek do wanny, aby można było wziąć kąpiel zamiast prysznica.
