I travel a lot, but the standard offered at Guest Utrecht Room is comparable to top-class hotels.

Located in a quiet, out-of-the-way neighborhood, but with good transport links to the center of Utrecht. The apartment itself is very spacious, bright, and clean, with all possible amenities (bathrobes, jacuzzi, toothbrushes, washing machine, pleasant scents). The apartment was also cleaned regularly. The staff were very friendly. A place worth recommending to anyone who wants to rest, relax and explore the Netherlands at the same time.

Excellent stay near downtown with upscale amenities

We stayed in Guest Room Utrecht New York suite during our daughter’s diploma exhibition. We needed comfort, quietness and relaxation. What we’ve have gotten was exceeded our expectations. We had a spacious room with super comfy, high standard beds, adjacent to an open concept, large bathroom with rain and massage shower, double sink and jakuzzi bathtub. We had also a great patio with a huge “zen-like” garden with complete privacy, where we could enjoy our complimentary wine. After it we enjoyed binge watching Netflix films from our bed! The suite had both sunshade and air conditioning, but we preferred to open the door to the garden and enjoy birds chirping. In the room we had a minibar with snacks, drinks, coffee tea and instant soups. But also had access to a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was fantastic, very tasty and various, amazing attention on everything. Well worth to order it! Hennie and Margriet are very friendly people and took care from the first minute to the last to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Unforgettable experience! The location is very convenient: 20 minutes from the center of Utrecht by public transport. The 100% recommended, regarding both facilities and services. Outstanding attention to details. Fantastic value for money, surely the best in Utrecht! Better than those four stars hotels what we tried previously. We hope to come back once to spend more time at this wonderful place!! Thanks for everything Hennie and Margriet!

Beautiful house & garden, and lovely, welcoming hosts. Had a wonderful 6-night stay. Very handy to have access to a fridge and microwave. Easy access to city centre - bus stop is 2 mins away.

Prettig verblijf

De ruste omgeving en het was dichtbij de bushalte. Dus je bent zo in het centrum en weer terug. Alles was aanwezig, zoals tandenborstels, slippers, cup-a-soup, noodles, een fles wijn, nootjes, 2 biertjes. Kortom je wordt wel echt in de watten gelegd.

De keuken faciliteiten. Je had daar geen wasbak.

Een heerlijk luxe verblijf met goede bedden

De grote ruimte van de 4 persoonskamer. De moderne inrichting. Het fantastische ontbijt op de kamer. De directe hulp bij het oplossen van kleine probleempjes. De snacks en drankjes bij ontvangst. De fantastische bedden!! Met de zitkussens!

Ik heb wat tips. Ik zou alle raambekleding open zetten zodat er van meerdere kanten lichtinval is voor de gasten binnenkomen. Ook zou ik de kamer vast verwarmen in de wintermaanden. We hebben even de airconditioning op warm gezet scheelde een hoop.

Freundinnen Wochenende in Utrecht und Umgebung

Wir waren mit 4 Freundinnen dort. Bei Ankunft hat Frau Bink uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Die relativ große Baustelle im Haus hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Während des Aufenthalts hatten wir mit Frau Bink einen Kontakt via WhatsApp. Jede kleinste Störung (nur kaltes Wasser) wurde sofort in Angriff genommen. Kleinigkeiten die fehlten (Toilettenpapier) innerhalb von 5 Minuten gebracht. Alles in allem war das Appartement sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Siehe andere Rezensionen. Gerne wieder😊

Excelente alojamiento, excelente anfitriona, barrio tranquilo y agradable, con movilización pública eficiente y paradero

Excelente comunicación con Magriet, habitación muy amplia, limpia, con decoración moderna, de buen gusto, camas cómodas, con café, vino, cervezas, frutos secos, etc, a nuestra disposición, de cortesía. Si bien la casa queda retirada del centro, hay paradero muy cerca, con transporte público muy eficiente que te lleva al centro. Pudimos estacionar sin costo adicional fuera de la casa. Barrio muy tranquilo y agradable

Εξαιρετική διαμονή σε ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο και πεντακάθαρο. Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν εξαιρετική, σε ένα αστικό χωριό, το De Meern, δίπλα στην πόλη της Ουτρέχτης. Υπήρχε απόλυτη ησυχία και το πάρκινγκ ήταν πολύ εύκολο μπροστά στο κατάλυμα και μάλιστα δωρεάν. Δεν δοκιμάσαμε πρωινό στο κατάλυμα. Ήταν εκτός της τιμής και έπρεπε να το παραγγείλουμε από το προηγούμενο βράδυ.

Γενικά μας άρεσαν όλα, Χρειαστήκαμε θέρμανση το βράδυ αλλά δεν ήταν διαθέσιμη ακόμη, καθώς ήμασταν εκεί τον Αύγουστο, και λειτουργούσε κεντρικά. Όμως η οικοδεσπότης είχε λύση γι' αυτό καθώς στο κατάλυμα υπήρχε ένα είδος A/C το οποίο το βάλαμε σε λειτουργία και μας βοήθησε.

Tolles Appartement mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Dabei auch noch stilvoll und schön eingerichtet! Die Gastgeberin ist total herzlich und immer für einen kurzen Plausch zu haben. Auch bei privaten Anliegen (kleinem Unfall) stießen wir auf eine sorgsame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die unseren Aufenthalt super angenehm gestaltete. Das Haus ist Übersicht und hat doch alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Große Herzensempfehlung ♥️

Verrassend ruime kamer met alles erop en eraan.

De New York-room is een erg luxe kamer met vrijwel alles erop en eraan. Directe deur naar een mooi terras met goede bbq. Prima bedden, aardige host, heerlijk ontbijt.

Het enige minpuntje was dat er geen keuken was, maar dat wisten we vooraf. Desondanks gewoon heerlijk gebarbecued.

Vetrata su un giardino perfetto con tavolo per mangiarvi. Kit di benvenuto di qualità. Possibilità di uso piastre a induzione, microonde, frigor e persino lavatrice. Profumo personalizzato in tutto l'ambiente. Una sala da biliardo in comune. Nessuna difficoltà a trovare parcheggio

Nessuna cosa che non va. Forse un piccolo suggerimento: un punto lavabo nella zona delle piastre a induzione per agevolare il lavaggio degli utensili.

Top verblijf!

Wauw! Wat een fantastische plek om te verblijven. Zo ontzettend netjes, ruim, schoon, fris heb ik het nog niet eerder meegemaakt in deze prijsklasse. Overal is aan gedacht en tot in detail uitgewerkt. Zo gezellig om met 4 vriendinnen op 1 kamer te verblijven waarbij de bedden tegenover elkaar staan en er ook genoeg ruimte is waardoor het nooit te krap voelde. Hartelijk ontvangst en verder voldoende privacy ervaren.

Ik kan helemaal niks bedenken wat tegen viel!

Utrecht Zentrum ist ohne Probleme mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht genutzt.

Das Apartment ist mit soviel Liebe eingerichten und die Gastgeber haben an alles gedacht.Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln und uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt.
