Nice and finely furnished one bedroom flat in a nice and cozy area of Utrecht. Everything is close.

Nice small one bedroom flat, finely furnished; nice area at a walk distance from the Unviersity and the heart of Utrecht. The area is quiet and lovely. Landlord is very polite and discrete. The little dog is amazing.

I suggest to place a microwave oven, just a small one may help to heat up a soup.

Very well appointed and comfortable. Clean and tasteful. The host was attentive and helpful. Lovely neighbourhood just outside the old town.

Everything about this place was perfect! The host was so helpful and great at communicating all details about the property. I loved the location: peaceful and a short walk from the center of Utrecht. The property is beautiful and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!!! Lovely selection of teas and coffees, and very much enjoyed having our morning coffee out in the private garden! I hope to visit Utrecht again and if I do this will be the place I stay ❤️

Nice little apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment is in a quiet little street with very easy walking access to the city centre. Lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby too Our host Arjan was extremely helpful, the apartment is spotlessly clean and well appointed It's a very nice place to spend a few days

Perfect stay in a lovely apartment close to the city center

Wondeful and quiet appartment with relaxing backyard/terrace, great and friendly host, perfect location. Supermarket, puplic transport (10 min to P&R) and restaurants wirhin 5 min walking distance. City center not even 10 min to walk.

Perfect location and dreamy apartment

Idyllic stay! I stayed for four nights while travelling for work and my husband also came along and worked remotely from the apartment. It was so perfect for what we needed and the communication from Arjan was fantastic. Unfortunately we didn't meet as our flight times were antisocial and we didn't want to disturb anyone, but the self check in and out process was flawless. I'll definitely be back

Beatiful and comfortable, pleasyre to stay

Very high quality of sheets, towels and all the regular stuff you can expect from the hotel/apartment. Blanket is even better then at my home - and I pay attention to things like these) Place is as good in real life as it looks on photos

During cold weather (0-5 C outside) heating is not powerful enough. Though it rarely happens in Utrecht, these were the coldest days in a year

El estudio era bonito, acogedor y cómodo. La zona no era justo el casco histórico pero aún así estaba muy cerca y bien rodeado de supermercados y restaurantes/cafeterías. El casero muy amable.

Quizá echamos en falta papel de cocina y un microondas ya que tampoco tiene horno, pero detalles insignificantes.

Stijlvolle luxe b&b in een fantastisch leuke stad!

Erg fijne, comfortabele en modern & stijlvol ingerichte b&b van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitstekend voor meerdere dagen. De host heeft hier duidelijk aandacht aan besteed met oog voor detail. Voor de kenners: zelfs de hand- en douchezeep van ‘Marie-Stella-Maris’ is met zorg gekozen. Het contact rondom het verblijf was fijn en persoonlijk. Zinvolle en heldere informatie. Ook in de accommodatie zelf lag een informatiemap die met veel zorg - en oog voor styling - is gemaakt. Binnenkomen met handige toegangscode, maar kan ook persoonlijk. Erg fijn beddengoed en zeer fijne kussens. Ook hier is over nagedacht. De locatie is goed: mooi aan de rand van het stadscentrum waardoor je zo de stad in loopt! Dit is met recht een ‘hoog scorende’ b&b. Je voelt en ziet dat de host er serieus werk van heeft gemaakt. Een zeer warm welkom in een fantastisch mooie stad!

Zelfs aan wattenstaafjes en make-up removers was gedacht! Niets op aan te merken.

Sehr schöne Tage in Utrecht

Vorab hatten wir sehr gute Informationen bzgl. Anreise, Parken etc. bekommen. Sehr schönes Appartement mit kleinem Garten dabei. Der Stadtkern von Utrecht gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhige Umgebung, aber unmittelbar um die Ecke buntes Angebot z.B. an Restaurants, Läden, Supermärkte und Waschsalon. Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Empfang durch die Eigentümern, gute persönliche Tips z.B. für Joggingstrecken, Restaurants uvm., gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Top verblijf, absolute aanrader!

Alles, het was gewoon TOP! Ik verbleef hier samen met mijn dochter om een weekend te shoppen in Utrecht. Wij hebben alles op loopafstand kunnen doen. In de buurt zijn genoeg leuke zaakjes om bijvoorbeeld te ontbijten en te winkelen. Ook het centrum met alle bekende winkelketens is goed te voet te doen (ongeveer 10-15 minuten lopen).

ΕΝΑ ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ ΚΑΤΑΛΥΜΑ ΣΕ ΥΠΕΡΟΧΗ ΠΕΡΙΟΧΗ

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, είτε για το κέντρο είτε για το αεροδρόμιο.Η γειτονιά πολύ ωραία και ήσυχη με σούπερ μάρκετ πολύ κοντά. Το κατάλυμα είναι υπέροχο, ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και επικοινωνεί εγκαίρως ώστε να σου δώσει όλες τις οδηγίες και ό,τι χρειαστεί. η διακόσμηση του διαμερίσματος υπέροχη, με πολύ γούστο και πολύ ωραία αντικείμενα. Η παροχή καφέ και τσαγιού πολύ εξυπηρετικά.

Το μόνο που θα πρότεινα θα ήταν να είναι λίγο μεγαλύτερες οι πετσέτες σώματος...και ίσως και κάποιο σκουφάκι μπάνιου και παντόφλες.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und perfekt gelegen

Ich bekam vom Gastgeber Arjan nach der Buchung eine whats app mit vielen Tipps zur Anreise und zum parken. Das war schon mal super. Wir wurden herzlich von Arjan empfangen als wir ankamen. Die Lage ist TOP, in der Innenstadt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen oder den Bus nehmen, welcher ab der Hauptstraße fährt. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und sehr schön eingerichtet, sogar mit kleiner Küche. Die Zimmer sind im Souterrain gelegen, mit Fußbodenheizung. Achtung: Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten, aber man bekommt viele Tipps, wo man herrlich frühstücken kann.

Es gibt nur ein kleines Manko: Der Hausflur ist sehr eng und man geht eine kleine Treppe herunter. Mit einem großen Koffer könnte das etwas eng werden.

De sfeer bij aankomst was gelijk gezellig. Je voelt je meteen op je gemak, en daarbij was de kamer prachtig! Heel schoon en mooi interieur.
