Quiet stay OK for one

It was clean had a kitchenette with everything you needed as far as utensils go

Instead of getting a full bed, I got two twins stuck together, which is very uncomfortable because they kept sliding apart. There’s no way to sleep in the middle. I wish they would’ve noted this that regardless if you ask for a regular size bed, you will still get two twins I was there for like a week and a half, and they already had to come in to do some electrical work which was unnecessary and inconvenient Price went down twice which I already had a feeling. It was a little overpriced for what it was size wise. The pillows were uncomfortable

Stay was good, Ending was very bad.

After 10 days of checkout, they charged me 100 euros extra for cleaning. They already charged me 100 euros during my stay for cleaning. They sent a mail with some images saying the room was not cleaned by me, they put extra efforts to clean it. For that they are charging me 100 euros additionally. I do not know for what they charged 100 euros as cleaning charge. Totally un ethical.

A comfortable and calm place in a lovely area, though small details could be improved for a better s

The location is very pleasant, next to a river and generally calm. The place feels nice overall, and the mattress is very comfortable, which made for good rest. The apartment is warm and has a cosy atmosphere.

The room location makes it easy to hear people coming and going. Only a few garbage bags and washing machine tablets are provided, and the kitchen appliances are quite limited, there wasn’t even a spatula. The pillows feel more like cushions and are rather uncomfortable.

Cozy and comfortable stay

The stay was comfortable and cozy. The rooms are spacious and properly ventilated in case of balcony rooms. All basic necessary items were provided. The staffs provided extra items I requested the very next day. Good response from the staffs and good room service.

Only issue is the stairs are very small, it can lead to a big accident if one step goes wrong.

Lovely little apartment in suburban Utrecht

Fabulous little apartment for 2, really well thought out. Good quality fittings and furnishings. Good use of space. Really comfortable and in great condition.

I liked everything. Perhaps some more hooks or shelf space in the bathroom? And maybe inform your guests about the flights of stairs if they are on the top floor. But we're young so it was OK.

Nice but wouldn't do it again.

It was hot, with no airco. No air circulation in the room because the windows could open just a little; at some point they brought a fan and it got better. It was quite loud at night, with kids partying outside. I didn't know where to throw the garbage.

The location is great—it’s a quiet neighborhood just a few stops from the city center. The view from the balcony is peaceful. I liked the kitchen utensils, though it would be nice to have some basic spices provided.

Staff were not available for after hours support on their after hours phone line. They issues e-keys and mine stopped working so I was locked out of the apartment and no one was available to support me. Kitchen minimally equipped for cooking

Poorly managed

Reasonably priced accommodation

For our second separate visit to Utrecht, the dishwasher broke down, and the company couldn't address an error message. It happened two different times, and they addressed the problem very poorly and dishonestly. Somehow, they claimed that because of an approaching weekend, they could never find a repairman for over 4 days. Finally, we had to switch to another apartment. Additionally, the cleaning was insufficient with counters and table left unwiped.

Good location, nice room, good for a short stay. Poor cleaning quality.

Convenient location (not far from the course place we had, and from the city center). Opportunity to cook ourselves. A lot of space in the room. Warm.

Room had a several spider webs in the each corner. We had cleaning only once in 12 nights and had to remind about it, because cleaning didn’t happen on the day they promised. Towels became dirty on second day, and it was impossible to change them (only while cleaning, on 5th day). Cleaning wasn’t good. Sink and shower cabin haven’t been cleaned at all, and had a spider web in the corner on the floor. Beds are bad quality, pillows are old and inconvenient.

Facilities in general were good. Good selection of cooking equipment. Nice beds and good space.

I found it hard to get more toilet paper and towels when requested. My messages were being replied to with a ".", bizarrely. It was like the staff weren't communicating that toilet paper hadn't yet been given to us, and therefore no one did. One nice girl did drop additional toilet paper into us when requested but the other times were very slowly, and sometimes did not receive toilet tissue at all.

The place was very cozy, quiet and close to the park(photos below) + the staff is very kind!

Internet connection was having problems and was switching off from times to times and made working from home hard.

Long term apartment in Utreg

The building is very clean, and so are the rooms. Big windows that allow a lot of light in. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances were working properly. The location is god, I know this city very well, I lived here a long time and I know my way around it. But you might need your GPS if you are absolutely new to Utrecht. Regardless oof this, is worth staying here if you are up to more than a few days in the Domstad

The price is a bit inflated. I know the rates for renting in Utrecht and you are paying per week the price of 5 weeks rent in the city, for a studio. The heating int he common areas was extremely high. Going up and down the stairs with a jacket on was a challenge. The entrances was messy, full of post and packages.

Very convenient location and confy place, but needs more attention in maintenance of small things.

There were obvious things in the facility which needed to be fixed before our arrival, such as the window which was not opening, the water tap in the sink which was very loose and difficult to use, the flexible water tube in the bathroom which was damaged, some grease dirt in the walls and last the tap in the washbasin of the kitchen which was leaking and producing the annoying noise at night from the waterdrops. All were reported next day from our arrival. The dirt was removed same day while the technician who came the following day actually did nothing. An other follow up call resulted in fixing all the rest some days later except the tap in the kitchen which continued to leake.

Well priced, but dirty and noisy.

Access to a laundry room in the building with easy payment method. The Donkey Bike 'return location' at the front door was ideal for the bike sharing app to be used.

A noisy building site across the road was difficult to live with. An alarm went off for hours every morning inside the building. The apartment was upsettingly dirty - something was wrong with the dishwasher as it smelt of rot and unfortunately is right next to the bed.

Absolutely nothing

The worst choice I ever made all this years! I have never seen such a dummy place, spider nets, footsteps in walls, dust everywhere and awful cooking facilities. I wish I could upload all photos I took… they destroy my mood!

Great place for our visit and we'll be back.

Location was just what we'd hoped for. The apartment was lovely and also just what we wanted. We plan to stay there again when we visit our kids.

There was expectation that I call 30 mins before arriving. I wasn't told that. My son, local resident, was able to call the host and find out how to get the keys after we waited for 30 for the host to show up. It was annoying to not be advised of this expectation. The lobby could use a bit of attention as it always looked very messy.
