A tiny cabin/ hut - the title says it all, it is small but it provides you a serene, relaxed place with the basic facilities and amenities that you need. A simple and small cabin with a comfy bed that also transforms into a couch and the facility of a tiny kitchenette and a small bathroom and toilet.
The tiny cabin/hut is located at the back of the main house with the garden.
The cabin is small, cute but comfortable!
The place is near Utrecht and is in a small scenic village.

Calm, friendly, pure nature with an owl in the tree above the Tiny House some times in the night, very sympathic people as owners, very helpful, keeping care. I liked it very much.public traffic usable to all over the neighbourhoods and Amsterdam ... I would return.Sorry, transfer of fotos not available! Not now on the PC.

Very comfortable bed. Combined with the very quiet and tranquil surroundings I slept very well indeed. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need. Bistro next door is very handy for drinks and meals. Good quality and friendly. Easy to catch buses into Utrecht town centre.

A perfect place to stay in Utrecht

The tiny cabin is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy. It's cosy and you have everything you need. The garden is gorgeous - the perfect place to relax after a day's work or after sightseeing in Utrecht. Grace is a wonderful host - friendly, helpful & gives you very helpful information. I would highly recommend this place!

The hosts Henk and Grace are wonderful people and customer friendly. The property is nice but small and therefore I felt limited in my overal privacy. I travel all over the world and am spoiled concerning space and privacy after a long day of work. The distance between the main house and the converted garden shed is a only few metres. While scrolling through the booking website, the site photos, assumingly taken with a wide-angle lens, give you the impression that the Tiny house is bigger than it really is. This was quite a shock when we entered! In my opinion it’s a Tiny room, suitable for one person. However the tiny room is beautifully decorated with a romantic touch, very cosy, i would of preferred comfort above decoration but this, i realize, is very personal. Despite this cosiness and despite a good de-humidifier, the humidity was difficult to deal with. Both hosts are aware of the fact that some things (e.g. insulation against the humidity, mosquitoe screens) need their attention. The surroundings of the house, the little village of Oudzuilen are impressive. One feels like stepping into a different world, very tranquil and friendly. This was our first Air B&B experience and yess a bit disappointing. I would like to emphasize that it’s the property, not the hosts. They do their utmost to make you feel comfortable and at home, our thanks to Henk and Grace for this.

Das Haus hält, was die Bilder versprechen. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet - das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber *innen sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Radwege ist super. Ich war sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort😊

Vermieterin Grace gibt ihre Herzlichkeit ganz und gar in dieser kleinen Hütte weiter. Sie ist sehr liebe - und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wenn man die Stille mag , um sich zu erholen vom ganzen Trubel , dann ist man dort genau richtig.

Sehr schönes, süßes Ferienhäuschen! Es ist zwar kleiner, als man es von den Fotos her meint, aber alles da, was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich, tolles Ambiente, sehr schöner Garten!! Außerdem sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt am Kanal, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Vermieter: sehr nett, nette Kommunikation

Ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, winziges Häuschen, in dem man nichts vermisst - mit unglaublich sympathischen Gastgebern und einem fürstlichen Frühstück!! Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Grace und Hank!!

Heel mooi ingericht hutje, kraaknet, maar voor ons net iets te klein (op het toilet met voeten in de douche, geen lavabo, bij regenweer haast te klein om binnen te ontbijten).

Vakantiewoning is klein, maar heeft veel sfeer, is schoon en alles is aanwezig. Het is tevens goed toeven in de sfeervolle tuin. Ontvangst is zeer goed. Ook tijdens het verblijf.
