It perfectly met our needs for a weekend away.

The flat was super clean, warm, comfortable. We had everything we needed for a weekend. Easy to check-in and out. Very friendly, helpful host with fast communication. As I was working at the Houten Expo dyring our stay, it was perfect as the flat is only 6mins away by car.

Best affordable clean relax stay ever

The location is fabulous and outside the city with green spaces around you, also it is really quiet and perfect for relaxing. Busses, Trams, and supermarkets are not very close but it is easy to reach using the free bicycles provided by the host. Free and safe parking around the house. It was very clean and the host was very friendly. She exceeded our expectations and went out of her way just to provide us with more information and help us have a relaxing stay. I would recommend it to anyone and would love to come back here!

Superb

We enjoyed 4 nights at Ons Hoekje with our two children. We very much enjoyed the area, calm and peaceful. Our hosts were very friendly and ready to help with anything really. Close to Utrecht center, all the needful in close vicinity. Room was a bit small for the four of us but served our purposes perfectly. All very clean and anything at the ready. Will definitely come back again

Small, but very clean and affordable place in a wondrously quiet area.

A quiet place, very clean, had all the necessities: lots of towels, soap and shampoo, all utensils in the kitchen. There were also basic spices, oil, coffee and sugar and a very basic breakfast for the first morning, all included in the apartment fee. The beds were comfortable, the heating was good and the WiFi worked well. It was very easy to "check-in" with the self service and it was nice that we could come even earlier than the official check-in hour. The host lady was very nice. The price is VERY affordable. And the bathroom is big.

The place is a bit cramped with the beds in the living room/kitchen area. There is only one hot plate and a microwave/oven combo, if you intend to do serious cooking on your vacation, it might not be enough. There is no sink in the bathroom, so if you are not a fan of brushing your teeth while you shower, the only other solution is the kitchen sink. Also, it would be really nice if the bathroom mirror had a proper big shelf underneath it, my friend, who has quite a lot of make-up utensils, struggled with using them without a place to put them down.

Het was klein en niet zo gezellig ingericht. Dat was voor ond niet van belang, omdat we de hele dag weg waren.

Het was een super warm welkom. Alles wat je nodig hebt was er te vinden zelfs afbak broodjes en vloerverwarming :)

Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis, Parkplatz dabei, ruhig, aber auch recht weit vom Zentrum

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis, Parkplatz kostenlos, komplette Küchenausstattung, sehr nette Gastgeber.

In die Stadt ist es weiter als angenommen, aber es geht auch mit Bussen ganz gut ins Zentrum. Beim WC muss das Papier in den Abfall, was ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig war.

Zeer rustig gelegen, beetje vreemde accommodatie kort bij Utrecht.

De host was zeer vriendelijk en flexibel met betrekking tot het aankomstuur. De accommodatie is zeer rustig gelegen. Alles was erg proper en verzorgd; er stond alles voor koffie, thee, en ontbijt op de eerste dag. De matras van het bed was best hard - dat is ook mijn voorkeur. Op 10 minuten sta je met de wagen in het centrum van Utrecht, perfect dus om Utrecht en omstreken te bezoeken.

De woonst was best wel vreemd: ze bestond uit drie kamers; een inkomhal waarin ook een stapelbed stond, een soort keuken/leefruimte waar ook een dubbel bed en een kleine tafel met 4 stoelen stond en een ruime badkamer. Het lijkt allemaal dus wat geïmproviseerd. Het is ideaal als je deze plaats vooral als uitvalsbasis gebruikt, maar als je ook 's avonds graag even op de kamer eet en leeft, staat het allemaal wel heel erg vol.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war alles da was man brauchte:) Top mit Familie Renee‘ war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen man kann von da aus super Touren mit Fahrrad/Auto starten.

Das Bett war zu hart . Und die Markise war defekt, wäre halt im Sommer ein schöner Schattenspender.

Gute Fahrradanbindung nach Houten und Utrecht

Wir hatten viel Platz im Hof ,der sehr idyllisch liegt zwischen großen Bäumen und einer Apfelplantage und ein freilaufender Fasan kam vorbei. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Alles war ok für 2 Tage ! Für längere Ferien bei schlechtem Wetter mit Kindern wird es eng! Für uns war es ok, wir waren dauernd unterwegs und nur nachts und zum Frühstück da!

Ontzettend fijne verhuurders. We zijn enorm hartelijk ontvangen. Ze doen echt moeite om ons verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Hebben leuke tips, prettig contact. Verder laten ze ons lekker ons gang gaan. Het 4 persoons huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekkere bedjes, ruime badkamer, vloerverwarming. Verder was er van alles aanwezig in het huisje voor ons, zoals koffie, afbakbroodjes en jus. Echt top!

Een thermostaat kraan in de douche zou het helemaal af maken!
