It’s a very good place exactly the way it is shown in the pictures. All amenities are well maintained and it’s a fully functional apartment. The kitchen is self-sufficient and you can call upon the owners family who live below for any assistance needed and they will be happy to help. The view from the balcony is superb. The location is away from the Kotor bay but in a way it’s good because it’s perfect if you have to travel to Budva and back and it’s a short 15 minutes drive to Kotor depending on traffic. There is a supermarket just 1.1 km away which makes it convenient but having a car is highly recommended since there is nothing on a walking distance and is located on a hill.
