Amazing view!

- An available jacuzzi at the terrace, with an outstanding and breathtaking view over the Kotor Bay, and I can probably say, it was surely one of the best sunsets ever in my life. - the apartment is spacious, tidy and clean, and well equipped; - Everything is only reached by car, but in 5 min you can get everything you need (shopping mall, gas station, bakeries, supermarket, etc...), whereas for the airport it could take 10 minutes, and 12 minutes to Kotor old town; - 2 minutes by car from the cable car experience.

- There is A/C but only in the dinning room. Although this was not exactly a problem, for longer stays and during the summer season can become rather unpleasant, especially if it gets too hot, so it can result in a "sauna"; - if you are going to enjoy the golden hour/sunset at the terrace like I did, please bring a bug spray. By the time the sun goes down, lots of mosquitos will appear - it's normal since you have the forest close and really behind you.

Great place to recover and relax

The apartment offers a very nice view over the coast and was very clean. In addition to the great rooftop terrace and the clam ambience, it is a perfect place to recover for the crowded streets of Kotor and relax a bit. The host was also perfectly welcoming and easy-going.

Due to its rather remote location and distance to the city centre, having a car is a necessity.

The view from the balcony and one floor up from the terrace was just amazing. Worth every penny. The kitchen had everything that was needed, cappuccino was included. Huge apartment with a separate sleeping room with very comfy bed. The host was very kind. Absolutely recommended!

The money which was taken at the end of the booking could have been as same as the booking showed. The difference was not huge but still, 73,.. is not 75 euros : ) Overall the view compensated the little 1,5% difference in prices.

Cozy and comfortable apartments with a stellar view

This is a very nice, and very reasonably priced place to stay when visiting Kotor, Tivat, and the area around. The area around the apartment has a lot of buildings in various states of completion, so it is not exactly the most romantic landscape, but the view of the bay is spectacular. The apartment was comfortable and had what I needed. Kotor and Tivat are not far, but you need a car. In fact in the height of summer it was great just to get away from the masses of people. The only recommendation I would make is to keep a portable fan in the flats, so you can blow the cool air from the air conditioning in the living room back to where the bathroom and bedroom are, and to use in those other two rooms when needed. I would return to these apartments for sure.

The water was REALLY hot! Like scalding hot. And dogs barking at night.. but this is something the owner can do nothing about.

view is stunning, the apartment is comfortable and big nice balcony with view close to supermarkets and Kotor town by car great shared terrace at the top floor

the smell in the bathroom was not great missing details like to hang towels or toilet paper also would be great to have more equipment in the kitchen like a cutting knife the washing machine was not working but it will be fixed also sad to see the dog in a chain

We were in a clean, modern one bedroom flat, in a stunning location with amazing sunsets.

The place lived up to the photos. The Sunset was amazing from the rooftop terrace, and our private balcony. We found it very romantic and magical. We also liked it because it’s got free parking and is just off the panoramic tourist route. It may not suit those without a car, being up the mountainside, and far from the centre. I would definitely try to book here again on a return trip.

No iron or microwave, but there was a washing machine.

We are totally stunned by this beautiful apartment with an amazing view above the bay of kotor. The apartment is completey new, modern and was very clean. The rooftop is very comfy to chill especially in the evenings to enjoy the sunset. We were warmly welcomed from the whole family. We got drinks and snacks when we arrived and the grandmother offered us fresh vegetables from their own garden. We will defenitely come back when we are in montenegro once again and we recommend everyone to enjoy their time at sunset apartments.

De blaffende honden. Het ging de hele nacht door, we hebben 1 nacht ook helemaal niet kunnen slapen. Het bed is klein en kraakt. De waterdruk was weg, hierdoor was douchen amper te doen.

Чудесные апартаменты, шикарный вид. Завтракать с таким видом - отдельный вид наслаждения. Есть все необходимое, wi-fi работает, посуды даже больше, чем нужно, есть кофе в капсулах. Хозяин очень приветливый. На территории живут милые песики. Есть парковка.

Нужно учитывать, что без машины тут будет трудновато. Кровать немного скрипучая, в остальном все супер.

Magnifique vue

Le logement est très beau et très propre. Idéalement situé pour aller à kotor et ses environs. Le personnel est très sympathique. Une vue superbe !!

Хозяева просто замечательные! Выполнили все возможные просьбы, всегда были на связи, посоветовали как и куда лучше съездить, номер был очень чистым, в наличии было всё, что требовалось, на территории отеля есть 3 очень воспитанные дружелюбные собаки и 1 кошка, но если вы не хотите с ними общаться, они вас никак не потревожат. Однако, для детей и любителей животных это просто потрясающее развлечение. Виды просто потрясающие, каждый закат был прекрасен. Номера очень удобны. Территория отеля ухожена, множество цветов и растений различных видов. Очень удобно добираться на машине до всех достопримечательностей Бока-Которского залива и Будвы, а также окрестностей. Рекомендуем всем! И сами обязательно ещё приедем когда-то.

Хотелось бы микроволновую печь в номер, но это мелочи.

l’appartement était spacieux et propre. nous avons eu droit à un magnifique coucher de soleil sur le roof top. les hôtes étaient très gentils. kotor est à 10 min en voiture.

Comfortabel appartement op een prachtige locatie

De ligging van het appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon en het dakterras. We hebben elke avond genoten van de zonsondergang. Het is een comfortabel appartement met een goed werkende airco. Er waren meer dan voldoende keukenspullen aanwezig.

Jammer dat de hottub op het dakterras niet in gebruik was. We misten een kapstok in het appartement en een plek om handdoeken op te hangen in de badkamer.
