The property was clean and has a good view of the Airport runway. Staff was friendly

The apartment was fine, but the location and misleading information made our stay frustrating.

The apartment itself was clean and fairly comfortable once we arrived.

The location was very inconvenient, the apartment is not actually in Kotor city, and it was quite difficult to get there. Finding the entrance was complicated and confusing. We were also disappointed that there was no spa, even though it was mentioned in the name of the property.

This is a perfect spot for anybody who is searcing for a luxuriois getaway from crowded Montenegrian roads/cities. Outstanding view over the Kotor bay. Nice pool outside, quiet area, clean and cosy room with all the equipment needed. It is 100% worth it for what you pay.

The location is hard to find. Breakfast was very poor - no fresh bread, only one plate of cheese and ham, no cereal.

Good for short stay.

The parking is hard to reach and I even fall down by trying to go to property. Because it was raining and super slippery. And there is a mistake at pool rules. Because as we asked at reception then we can use the pool she said all day but be quiet. We made mistake. At rules is written from 7 till 10 am. So nobody is using it. At that time is breakfast..

Very nice place. The apartment was super spacious, clean and defnitely recently renovated or consutructed. Location provided nice view, it was complex of buildings which included parkings, pool and resutaurant. It was a good stay.

Description says 'The private pool is the standout feature of this apartment'. Could you please correct grammar mistakes on my review? The pool was actually a disaster—I’m not sure when it was last cleaned. The water was browny-yellow, and obviously, nobody was using it. It was a huge disappointment for us because the reason we booked the apartment was the pool. Other than that, the view and the apartments were nice, but the condition of the pool was outstandingly unacceptable.

The location of the property was really nice and the view also good. the room was quite spacious and had all we need. self check in option also was quite helpful for us.

for the breakfast you need to go to koror old town to a restaurant but the thing is that the restaurant does not show many options as well as when asking something more charges extra. breakfast was the only thing that we did not like about the property.

Very nice room (Apartment). Super clean, with all facilities and everything worked well. Comfy and easy to find.

We were informed just before our arrival that the breakfast is served in another location, in the old town, which means taxi every day to go and come back. When we wrote about that issue, we got a reply saying we could cancel if we were not satisfied. Contact with the host was mainly by text, apart when we had to pay. Later the issue was solved by the host (Breakfast was a sandwich and a bottle of water).

The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. The host was really nice. We had a good time there.

The location is only 15 minutes away from Kotor (where we have breakfast). But it took us an hour everyday to get there because of traffic...

It's a spacious apartment, with a free parking space. For the money it is among the cheapest ones in the area.

Unfortunately it was far from clean. Also, the breakfast is served 9 km away from the apartment in the Old Town of Kotor, where it is ultra difficult to find a parking space, and most of them are not free.

The apartment was nice and clean, but some important factors were missing in the description.

The apartment was clean and nice. Good contact with the host, no problems with picking up the keys. A nice treat was waiting in the fridge. We received a detailed video guide on how to get to the apartment. The apartment was well equipped.

The breakfast included within the price was served in another town (this is not a joke) - in the center of Kotor. If you travel by car - good luck with the traffic and searching for a parking place. There was no information about this fact in the apartment description. This was a big disappointment. Mind that the driveway is extremely steep and small, you may have to park your car at the main street.

Pleasant

Clean, very friendly and helpful owner, breakfast is not served at the property but in the restaurant downtown Kotor (cca 20 minute car drive from the apartment), it was very tasty and in a lovely town atmosphere. It is a lovely apartment for a couple, and good value for money.

We stayed in the spa & fitness apartment, which has an odd form, being at the top floor with the stairs in the middle. We are a family with two pre-teen kids, and it was not big enough for us, certainly not the beds.

Nice but takes efforts

a complete nice and clean apartment

Google maps navigation failed and navigated us wrong and dropped us somewhere up the hill. The breakfast option was great but takes efforts, you have to drive to the old town of Kotor, find a free parkinglot and walk for a km. or more. The host lived up above and communicated by app only, she only came out to collect our money. We could hear her walking when awake (feet)

App is very comfortable and clean. Restaurant is really nice, they serve breakfast there and it's in old town. Good value for money. Free parking place.

We don't eat pork and because of that we hadn't a big choice for breakfast, only eggs and vegetables but it was fine. You need a car because of location and if you have it you will reach old city in few minutes.

Everything was ok. Breakfast was in the town, very good!! The food from restaurant is also very tasty. The waiters were so nice. You have such a nice accommodation. Good

There are several appartments in the house, we got the appartment from opposite side of the building with no windows. Breakfast was good, but it is in the city center!!! You have to consider 2 hours just for breakfast, traveling, paying of parking fee and almost 1 hour waiting for the served breakfast. Only 1 dish and hot drings are included.
