A localização e o apartamento em si são incríveis. Em um bairro residencial, próximo à uma escola e uma praça. Pessoas passeando com crianças e crianças brincando na rua até tarde, tranquilas. Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé. Caminhamos 20 minutinhos até a torre. Eu realmente voltaria a reservar o apartamento.
É um apartamento no 3° andar e essa era uma informação que fica clara, porém a escada é um desafio a parte. Ela é estreita e com os degraus pequenos e bem desgastados. Se tenho algo a pontuar seria isso. No mais, eu super recomendo!!

Местоположение, чистота
Ступеньки на третий этаж ужасные и опасные! Подушки твёрдые, не возможно спать на них. Стулья сильно скрипят, не возможно сидеть на них. Раковина забита в ванной комнате.
