Devastating

We did not like anything about this property and we are extremely disappointed and devastated!

We arrived at the property welcomed by a very young boy- don’t think he was 18 years old. His mum send him to accept the booking. Neither him nor his mum were able to speak English. We had to translate everything using a translator to be able communicate. The state of the flat was simply the worst we seen and experienced in the modern world we are living in today. The flat was absolutely filthy, no air conditioning, no toilet roll, at least not enough. One of the showers was not working properly which led to water running out of the shower.

Buona base di appoggio vicino al nostro luogo di lavoro

Appartamento situato in un bel condominio su piazzale Maciachini, abbiamo pernottato una notte per assistere ad un evento aziendale ed eravamo un gruppo di colleghe. Letti comodi, struttura confortevole e con un sacco di spazio,due bagni e anche una comoda postazione di appoggio nell'ingresso in cui ci siamo messe per finire alcuni lavori al pc. Casa ben organizzata nell'insieme,non abbiamo approfittato della cucina ma mi sembra avesse tutto l'occorrente anche per soggiorni più lunghi del nostro. C'era anche la lavatrice anche se anche quella a noi non è servita. Tanti piani di appoggio e spazio dove appendere gli abiti. Signora Sabrina molto gentile e disponibile con noi per il check-in sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo anche apprezzato i due mazzi di chiavi che ci ha lasciato e che sono stati utili per il nostro gruppo.

Niente di grave,solo alcune segnalazioni utili da sapere: Il rumore del tram vicino si sente un pochino durante la notte. La doccia del bagno dentro ad una delle camere mi hanno detto che forse poteva avere dei cali di pressione, perché hanno riscontrato che in certi momenti passava da calda a fredda. Per la tassa di soggiorno il pagamento era possibile solo in contanti e bisogna tenerne conto in caso di trasferta aziendale perché non è detto che venga rimborsato non avendo una transazione elettronica da presentare.

El apartamento estaba sucio y las sábanas no las habían cambiado. Las instalaciones están bien. La ubicación es buena ya que tienes tranvía y metro en la puerta.
