Villa Spilies Kythira

Bel emplacement avec une grande terrasse et une vue magnifique sur la mer et la campagne Très jolie maison meublée avec goût, grande cuisine bien équipée, séjour salle à manger confortable, 1 salle de bain avec wc et une douche-wc, trois chambres avec de grands placards. Un parking et un grand espace extérieur.

La maison n'est pas très loin du village mais une voiture est nécessaire pour y accéder.

The location allowed easy access to the south of the island while also being close to the main arteries to the north. It was beautifully quiet with a great view. The facilities were excellent with easy cooking in the kitchen, laundry and wifi. There was air conditioning in all rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and late night coffee on the balcony. We travelled with three young children who were all comfortable. Antonios greeted us in the nearby village of Kapsali and showed us around the house on arrival. He was very responsive to queries throughout our stay.

Like all properties in Kythera rubbish is deposited in larger bins on the side of main roads. This simply meant walking the rubbish up to the main road - about 50-100m. Or you can drop it off in your car when heading out.
