Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Wasser, dem Hafen und dem Stadtkern entfernt. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und der Lärm der Mopeds hielt sich auch in Grenzen. Besonders gern waren wir auf der Dachterasse im Obergeschoss. Mein Sohn fand die beiden, auf dem Grundstück lebenden, Schildkröten super. Toll war auch das für die ersten Tage Wein, Wasser und Kaffee bereit gestellt wurde. Das Haus ist über 300 Jahre alt und hat dadurch seinen besonderen charm. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch… es ist alt, authentisch und urig. Das Wasser in der Dusche hatte guten Druck und war stets heiß. Wir mochten es sehr. Das Ambiente, das gemütliche kleine Wohnzimmer und die schönen orginalen Fliesen machen die vielen kleinen etwas unschönen Ecken um Längen wieder wet. Wir würden als Familie wieder kommen. Man fühlt sich teilweise wie im einem kleinen Museum.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, die Türen schleifen teilweise und haben altersbedingt keine Dichtungen. Wie überall auf der Insel fühlen sich Mücken und Kakerlaken dort ebenfalls sehr wohl. Der Garten besteht leider nur aus Erde und Steinen und kann nicht wirklich zum Spielen benutzt werden. Die Metallrutsche ist ab mittags glühend heiß und für kleine Gäste unbrauchbar. Die Küche ist vorhanden aber gleicht eher einem Museum. Sehr viele unbrauchbare Dingen sind darin gesammelt. Auch waren die Kleiderschränke teilweise mit Unrat zugestellt.

This is a beautiful villa in Spetses.
A short walk up a small hill and you arrive to this lovely home, garden and outdoor terraces perfect for morning brunches and afternoon happy hours. Could easily have two families together with upstairs and downstairs having their own bathrooms, kitchenette bedrooms and living areas.
It is a 100year old villa so don’t expect a ‘modern’ but this is what makes it so beautiful. We loved its lovely charm and the beautiful pieces in the villa💕

Spacious and well designed. Would definitely choose it again.
Getting in and out was a bit of a hassle due to the narrow doors and old locks.

In such a historic place, this feeling was welcomed by all!
The smell, the furniture, the setup, the architecture, the summer sounds....made us felt like time travellers!
Everything was clean, well preserved, spacious and comfortable.
Even our little dog felt like home from the 1st minute and really enjoyed the spacious yard.
Only a few meters from the port, the museums, next to shops and amenities.....but at the same time quiet and cosy, allow you to rest and sleep undisturbed.
The house is quite spacious and allow you to have privacy, even if many people coexist.
We rent houses very often - around the world - and this house really exceeded our expectations!
