This beautifully designed home is perched atop the most desirable location in all of Kythira Island. The views are SPECTACULAR as you enjoy time on the very large patio that overlooks rows of lemon trees below, the stunning seascape, the rolling mountainside, and the magical village of Chora showcasing the Venetian castle and the wondrous Eye of Greece. It does not get any better than Villa Iris if you are looking for an experience of a lifetime. Just 1 mile from the center of Livadi, you are close to everything South Kythira has to offer. Enjoy Kapsali Beach, Chora nightlife, take a short trip to the world-famous Kaladi Beach, or book a fun-filled cruise with Captain Spiros on the Glass Bottom Boat for an unforgettable sea cave swimming adventure. Our hosts made the trip extra special with their charm and first-class hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and helped us plan our 6-day stay. Be careful using Google Maps to navigate while driving through the island. Make sure and route your driving directions via Livadi, not the house address as there are many off-road locations not suitable for rental cars without 4WD.

The villa has great facilities, lots of space and offers fantastic views to the castle of Chora and the sea. It is ideal for 2 families, we had a really great time. Definitely recommended.
