Perfectly located, exceptionally clean and well maintained!

Everything was great! No toaster, but very minor thing.

- Great location, easy stroll down to the port - Very clean and nicely decorated, felt homely but neat - Easy check-in and a good checkout time, not too early! - So many different outdoor seating areas, all with a great view! - Well equipped kitchen

Any issues felt very minor since the place was so lovely, however we couldn’t get the hot water in the shower upstairs to work despite trying all different tap settings. But we didn’t mind anyway and downstairs was hot! Perhaps a little book with instructions for aircon, using the shower and wifi would be helpful on arrival.

Overall atmosphere and decor. Very nice location just outside of the harbour. Multiple terraces and all the facilities one needs. Pick up and leaving were organised very well. Appreciated the water, coffee, tea and awesome books too!

We liked all. It was perfect. Missed a little telly as we wanted to watch the World Cup ;) an advise is: a guestbook ! - people will write lovely things and what they liked best on the island. The living room got very warm but it was so pretty we forgot about it instantly.

Retro House Hydra was an absolutely stunning property that exceeded our expectations! The interior design was exceptional; tasteful, thoughtful and understated right down to the light switches and electrics! The maisonette has both an upstairs (main space: double bedroom, kids room, bathroom, kitchen, living room) and a downstairs space (double bedroom, bathroom and smaller kitchen). Both spaces are separate from the other flat that occupies the other half of the downstairs space. The maisonette has its own separate entrance from the other flat, along with 3 private terraces off the upstairs level, one that gets the sun in the morning and one in the afternoon and evening. Everything that you need is included. Nina, the host was a beautiful soul and came to meet us off the ferry to walk us up to the house and show us around. She also sent us a list of recommendations for things to do and restaurants which was super useful. If you are catching a ferry later in the day and need to store your luggage after check out, there is a venue with luggage lockers and phone charging stations at the bottom of the hill where a large locker can hold 2 large suitcases, 2 carry-ons and 2 rucksacks for 16 Euros a day

Nothing, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
