Better to look for a place with dignity

Just the location

The manager didn’t answer any email, I have to contact booking to change some dates, and never appeard. I read first the reviews, and was super ok, I really don’t know how because was dirty, the photos didn’t reflect the place, was ugly and the refrigerator didn’t work, there wasn’t neither a new toilet paper roll. It was dusty and uncomfortable, terrible entrance with a broken lift, also the glass door of the building was broken. Booking didn’t help me too much: I complained several times and at the end, they gave me some few euros in wallet, after spending several time in the holidays and after, with this and other issues in other locations

Super séjour de 5 jours chez Eric, communication cordiale, logement propre et simple, je recommande.

Localisation, propreté général du logement (hors copro), confort, relation avec le propriétaire, simplicité d'accès

Propreté de la copro, quelques assiettes sales mais ce n'est que du détail, par moment la nuisance sonore des voisins assez agressives, mais R.A.S, je n'ai pas eu besoin de toquer pour ça le soir ;)

le logement en lui même est correct, studio avec espace pour travailler., logement bien placé par rapport au centre ville

Le logement est dans uen résidence qui accueille tout type de publics... Cris, altercations entre gens de la rue qui habitent l'immeuble et ce pendant des heures et souvent au cours de la semaine... La résidence en elle même n'est pas propre, avec des odeurs... Dans le logement la vaisselle n'était pas propre...

Breve estancia tranquila

Tuve una estancia tranquila. Hay aparcamiento en la calle muy cerca y el apartamento tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para una noche. :)

Llegué y no habían ni sabanas ni toallas en el apartamento por lo que tuve que avisar al propietario y afortunadamente vino enseguida a solucionarlo y limpiar.

Location parfaite en plein cœur de Paray le Monial

J’ai tout apprécié dans cette location. Le studio est confortable et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! Tout est prévu pour que le séjour se déroule parfaitement. Emplacement à quelques pas du centre historique de Paray le Monial, stationnement gratuit en bas de l’immeuble. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable et un propriétaire efficace, discret et réactif. Je recommande vivement d’y séjourner.

Un rapide passage pour une nuit confortable

Studio très bien équipé, propre. L’accueil par mail des propriétaires très précis, détaillé et convivial et leurs réponses immédiates par sms aux questions posées. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Seul petit bémol des voisins un peu bruyants, mais tout à cessé vers 23h
