NOUS NE RELOUERONS PAS

emplacement et réactivité

environnement de locataires bruyants y compris la nuit nous avons eu droit à des hurlements à l'arrivée , plus la police insonorisation nulle , on entendait tout dans le couloir parties communes très sales frigo ne marche pas bien ( au maximum de sa puissance, il atteint 7 degrés et 10 en bas ) pas de casserole à l'arrivée casserole livrée le lendemain , trop grande par rapport à la plaque , pas de couvercle WIFI de l'ensemble des chambres louées dans notre chambre N2 VMC bouchée poêles qui accrochent pas de place pour ranger les valises : 3 emplacements sont pris pour les produits ménagers , pas de penderie lumière au plafonnier qui clignote chaise cassée à l'arrivée , me suis arrangé avec la femme de ménage pour en récupérer 1 dans une autre chambre

Je n'ai pu rentrer dans le logement : pas de code pour la boîte à clefs ! Aucun retour suite à ma demande par texto. Le numéro de téléphone était inaccessible. Par ailleurs, le lieu était loin d'être serein, cris et violence.

L emplacement, la facilité d'accès au logement. Stationnement à proximité. Le prix.

Le manque de propreté général du logement, il n y a pas d alèse sur le matelas, les protège oreillers ne sont pas lavés. Il y a un manque de vérification du bon fonctionnement des appareils ( piles HS dans les télécommandes, sur les 2 chaises il y en a une avec des pieds tordus, molette réglage frigo cassée, freezer plein de givre, problème écoulement d eau dans lavabo et douche, etc ....) Il faut passer vérifier votre logement ou bien changer de prestataire !

Les équipements très vieux. Aucun investissement dans les équipements visiblement. Le studio avait besoin d'un nettoyage du fond. Surtout la salle de bain. All very basic !

apartement bien situé dans la ville, facilités de parking - l'appartement que j'ai loué donnait sur l'arrière, donc pas de bruit de circulation - je n'ai pas rencontré les hôtes, mais ils ont répondu très rapidement et efficacement aiux messages que je leur ai laissés

problème pour utiliser la plaque chauffante : la notice est en anglais. nous n'avons pas utilisé le four qui faisait aussi fonction de micro onde car il n'y avait aucun mode d'emploi.

c'est le bon emplacement.

il manque la notice d'emploi pour les plaques de cuisson car j'ai mis le temps pour trouver le bon bouton afin de cuisiner. sinon impeccable !! n'hésitez pas le lui demander pour votre prochain séjour.
