Small, a bit qwerky, but fully equipped and great value

This apartment may be small (although still big enough for me to bring my bike inside) but it had everything - a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, fridge (with a couple of cold drinks - great) and a shower/basin/loo area (separated from the sleeping area with a screen) with a washing machine (and one wash tablet - nice touch). The owner was very helpful too.

Better for one person than two, unless you’re intimate. The furniture was a bit ‘bargain bin IKEA’ but everything was solid and worked.

Les places de stationnement sont nombreuses à proximité de la Résidence. Le logement est très propre, très bien agencé, très calme. Le lit est très confortable. Le propriétaire est très agréable et très réactif.

Appartement assez "vieillot" mais bien tenu et propre. Tout l'équipement qu'il faut. Pratique !

Tout près de la basilique où j'étais pour un rassemblement de pèlerinage. Beaucoup de parkings à proximité immédiate ce qui est bien pour les bagages

Les parties communes de l'immeuble étaient vraiment sales (escaliers notamment). Il y avait des bouteilles d'alcool vides dans l'escalier (différentes les deux nuits où j'ai séjourné) ce qui n'est pas très rassurant surtout lorsqu'on rentre tard et seul le soir. L'ascenseur de gauche ne fonctionnait pas. Un sac poubelle était éventré sur le trottoir juste près de la porte…

l'emplacement du studio, pas de volet juste un rideau peu occultant, le linge de lit ne sentait pas bon, le sol était sale, la douche est vraiment trop petite ! il est difficile de se retourner, ascenseur en panne,

propreté du sol douteuse , poussiere sur les meubles, odeur de renfermé renforcé par le linge de lit qui était humide (que l'on m'a changé heureusement) J'avais demandé un seche cheveux que je n'ai pas eu, drôle de surprise à la place dans un tiroir ascenseur sale immeuble mal entretenu
