Great stay, clean room but the circuit breaker kept breaking down, so was very annoying

Très bien, s'il n'y avait pas eu autant de bruit

Studio agréable, bien aménagé, propre. Rien à dire sur le logement en lui même. Situé à deux pas du centre ville, aucun problème pour se garer. C'est idéal.

Logement trop bruyant. Voisinage faisant preuve d'incivilité.(porte qui claque, hurlements car disputes. Manque d'une couverture supplémentaire et une passoire à thé.

Facile d’accès, tout est expliqué dans les emails. Possibilité de se faire à manger. Lit confortable, très bien entretenu, propre, tout est prévu pour la nuitée.

D'une manière générale le logement était correct par son equipement. L'hôte est gentil et réactif.

Le logement était sale, l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas. Personne n'a vérifié la propreté du logement avant notre installation. Très peu de vaisselle. Couloir bruyant.

Proximité du centre, le studio était très correct et propre. Disponibilité appréciable du gérant

État des parties communes désastreux et incompatible avec la location : très sale au sol dans les étages (ménage non fait depuis longtemps, murs abîmés , vitre cassée de la porte immeuble, ascenseur très dégradé, intrusions dans l’immeuble suite à un digicode cassé).

Charmant studio confortable et idéalement situé à Paray

Le studio est un joli cocon très central où se poser a Paray le monial à proximité immédiate des lieux de culte , commerces, restaus etc. Décoré avec un goût exquis, le studio est confortable ; on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. L'entrée de l'immeuble fait très HLM mais je ne comprend pas les critiques négatives car quelle importance ? Le studio est extra !

La rue peut être un peu bruyante aussi je conseille des boules quies. Le sol n'était pas bien propre ( pieds salis en marchant pied nu). Il serait appréciable de laisser un balai à vue.
