About this house rental
Wow! That is what you are going to say when you pull up to this beautiful Cape Shores home. With 3 floors of living spaces and bedrooms it's easy to imagine spending the time with family/friends or having your own nook to hide away in with a book.
The ground level features a large bedroom and bathroom with bunk beds. Take the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor with an awesome game room and bar perfect for an afternoon or evening of fun. This floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well.
The top floor has the main living room, dining area and huge kitchen. There are also two more bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom.
Take in the views of the bay from the many outside areas and rooftop deck.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Elevator available for guest use with refundable $350 deposit and signed addendum
This property does not accept pets
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

...and the picture do not do it justice.Our group was 8 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Only 5 mins from the beach and pool so the house is convenient to both.The owners have done an incredible job furnishing the house with everything you could possibly need or want. We will definitely be returning.

This is a beautiful home. The great room and deck is where we spent most of our time. It is a short (less than 5 minutes) walk to a beach and a 2 minute bike ride to trails through the Henlopen State Park. This is our 2nd stay and will gladly return again.

Great location - in a quiet neighborhood and only three houses down from the beach access. Minutes away from the downtown area with restaurants and shops.
Very spacious house - comfortably fit 4 couples and kids. Loved how each bedroom had its own en suite. Tons of seating for relaxing at night. Great kitchen!
