This is a very accommodating house. The bedrooms are well positioned for adolescents in the 3rd floor "command center" and uncle in the first floor bedroom. The only real issue is the lack of dresser in the first floor bedroom. No closet, no drawers, no armoir or other storage capability. The week was wonderful- fantastic weather and ease of accessing the beach, boardwalk and town.

House was exceptional. Slightly long walk to ocean but acceptable. Myles was wonderful to deal with. Definitely want same house, same week next year in 2026 unless something closer comes up. Very pleased with Myles & Coldwell

Great stay in a prime area with lots of space.

Property was spacious but in need of a refresh. Back door did not lock - got no help from agent. Kitchen was barely adequate- coffee machine non-functional. Decor was thrift jumble. Showers had dangerously slippery floors and no shower mats. No hair dryer. Mattresses had seen better days. Internet spotty.
