This gorgeous New Braunfels home, nestled peacefully on the banks of the Guadalupe River, boasts lavish amenities and great waterfront views to inspire the ultimate vacation experience! Ideally located, you'll find plenty to enjoy nearby, including the Bandit golf course, Schlitterbahn, floating the Guadalupe River on Rockin' R tubes, Gruene Hall, and superb dining at the Gristmill restaurant.

Back home, take an invigorating dip in the private pool to cool off and kick back with friends in the well-furnished backyard. Lounge on a comfy chair with a good book, soak up some sun and listen to the flowing river just out of reach. Inside, feel at home in the bright, cozy living area while streaming your favorite movies on the leather sofa or snuggled up by the fireplace playing board games. A stylish, full kitchen invites you to whip up snacks or home-cooked meals quickly. Even better, have a barbecue and gather on the spacious deck to share some local brews and laughs. Following a full day of adventure, take a revitalizing soak in the private hot tub and retreat to your beautifully designed bedroom, ensuring a restful, luxurious slumber.

The pool is available from the beginning of April to the end of September.
Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
