Just 10 minutes from the heart of New Braunfels, you’ll have easy access to local attractions like Schlitterbahn, the Comal River, and a variety of shops and restaurants.
Inside, the third-floor master suite offers ultimate privacy and breathtaking views, featuring a private balcony and a newly renovated bathroom with recessed Bluetooth speakers, a jacuzzi tub, and a rainfall shower. The second floor boasts a modern kitchen equipped with double ovens, a fully stocked coffee station, a craft ice maker, and panoramic lake views. The main living area and a guest room—both with high-end flat panel frame TVs—are also on this level. Step out onto the balcony for a fantastic view of the backyard, outdoor kitchen, and the sparkling lake.
The ground floor features a detached apartment, perfect for larger groups or families. It includes a guest room with a king bed, a living room with a pull-out queen, and two sets of full-over-full bunks, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all ages.
