Large River Home with private pool, basketball court, private, pool table

We loved all the space and open concept of the dining area. Lots of room for family to get together and hang out. We would stay there again. The pool was cloudy so that was a bit of a bummer, but all and all a great place for a large family.

Great location and room space. Air Conditioning was on point and property management was gracious and accommodating. 10 out of 10

Took our family vacation, children and grandchildren. I’ll start with what was good. There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was great. They did provide some towels, toilet paper, washer and dryer which was great. The cons were the home was dirty. They charge a cleaning fee but the fans in the living room looked like they had not been cleaned in a year. The curtains in the living room were stained and dirty, the kitchen was not clean. There was food splattered on the cabinets, walls, no vent for the stove, the toaster was old and dirty inside, we did not use. The walls by the ac vents had thick dust and most of us have allergies. I woke up every day with my eyes swollen and my throat hurting. There is a hole in the ceiling near the entry. One of the bathrooms down stairs smelt of sewage and had a gap behind the toilet. The beds were not comfortable. The outdoor furniture is old and mismatched and there is a hole in the concrete by the pool and the tile was very slippery. The barbecue pit is filthy and when we tried to use it, it caught fire because it had not been cleaned. The creek behind the home is not usable for fishing, kayaking, or basically anything. The cleaning fee is too high for how dirty it was. I had to clean and sweep upon arrival. We would not rent again due to the price and cleanliness. By the time we left all the kids had runny noses. The Pool sticks were old with broken or missing tips and check out is at 11 but they showed up at 10am.
