Single glass windows with spectacular views and ceilings with original wooden beams from the 1700s enhanced by LED lights. dining room with oak table and coffee corner with all the necessary appliances (Nespresso, citrus juicer, toaster, microwave oven, kettle). Equipped and habitable kitchen with double views and a small technical room with washer/dryer; bathroom with comfortable and large shower. Samsung air conditioning system is installed in all rooms of the house and the other appliances are also Samsung brand. Customers have the entire apartment at their disposal.
