Very central location and extremely calm. Lovely terrace with a table, located on the 5th floor with a lift. The apartment is fully equipped, including home appliances, dishes, cups, sugar, coffee, detergents, exc.. Easy check‑in, with a person welcoming us on arrival, and the agency proactively confirmed our arrival time two days in advance

The shower did not consistently provide warm water. The rooms have small windows, and the curtains were not efficient enough to properly darken the room. Inside the apartment, there were only two chairs available for the table. More concerning, at the end of our stay we discovered that the key locker was not locked, and the container with spare keys allowed easy access to the apartment.

L'appartement est calme et très très bien placé pour visiter le centre de Rome. Très confortable (literie impeccable), il propose deux chambres (une grande avec un lit king size et une plus petite avec un canapé-lit), une vaste salle de bain équipée en produits de soin et une terrasse très appréciable, le tout au 5e étage avec ascenseur. Parfait pour trois adultes ! Laura, la propriétaire qui nous a accueillis, a répondu à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons ce logement.

Nous n'avons pas vu de lave-linge. Il n'y a pas de porte à la grande chambre. Un peu de bruit dans la rue le dimanche en début de soirée mais rien ni le vendredi ni le samedi.

Трохи не вистачило чистоти. Сталося непорозуміння: клінінг прийшов одночасно з нами на час заїзду, тому нам довелося чекати ще близько години, поки вони приберуть. Через це прибирання робили дуже швидко, і, на жаль, постраждала його якість. Ми були після нічного рейсу та довгої дороги, багато гуляли й довго чекали заселення, тож були дуже втомлені. А коли нарешті прийшли до помешкання, з’ясувалося, що потрібно чекати ще приблизно годину.
