Amplasarea aproape de Piata Spaniei si aspectul interior al locuintei mi-au placut foarte mult.Apartamentul la interior seamana cu un muzeu cu picturi gigantice cu pian cu chevalet.A fost foarte frumos sejurul de la Roma!

Квартира похожа на музей, очень в духе Рима , создает атмосферу. Красивая, просторная, удобная. Расположение очень удобное, недалеко от улиц с магазинами, от музеев и достопримечательностей , много разных ресторанов и кафе прямо под дверью.
Окна выходят на пешеходную улицу, соответственно шум улицы, а ночью и ранним утром выгрузка и загрузка мусора. Если окна закрыты, то нормально. В квартире есть кондиционеры, можно окна и не открывать.

La camera sala, la camera da letto, la posizione
Cucina: 2 caffettiere entrambe rotte, manca presa elettrica per bollitore (quindi niente caffè), manca una forbice, bicchieri e vettovaglie piuttosto sporche, mancano presine, strofinaccio da cucina, tovagliette, scottex. Frigorifero caldo appena arrivati. Ovviamente niente acqua, caffè (eccetto due bustine solubili), zucchero. Libri polverosi (consiglio di spolverare la Bibbia sotto la finestra). Luci: temo che l’impianto elettrico sia fuori norma. Lampada dell’entrata non funzionante, abat-jour della sala senza spina, altre abat-jour con prese vecchie fuori norma. Wi-fi debole in camera da letto. La TV non lo prende, quindi niente Smart TV (Netflix, ecc). Password Wi-fi per PC non disponibile. Bagno: senza saponette, la finestra del bagno si apre sul terrazzino dei vicini che sembra di averli in casa.
