About this apartment rental
You will find the apartment in an elegant building in via Bocca di Leone on the second floor, which can be reached with an elevator. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2023 and is arranged elegantly with hand-picked pieces of furniture.
You will enter in a large living room, where you can find a double sofa bed and a dining table with chairs, which can accommodate all apartment guests.
The kitchen, the newest Scavolini model, is one of the gem stones of the apartment: everything in Bordeaux-red tinted glass, modern and functional, furnished with oven, dishwasher, microwave, designer exhaust hood, extractable drawers, and a fridge with freezer. In the same environment a glass table allows for a first, small breakfast on the go, or can be utilized for food preparation.
A short step through the passageway will lead you to the two bedrooms, one of which is a double room, the other a triple one. In the latter you will find a double bed and a single bed.
There are two bathrooms, both of them furnished with showers. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
To guarantee our guests the highest comfort, the apartment is furnished with a 55 smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
The attention to colors and the choice of design furniture, such as lamps and armchair, make this apartment into a highly refined ambience that will make your Roman holiday a very unique experience.

Could have been cleaner, could have spent an extra $100-$200 and had nice towels and sheets. Kinda sub par. Overall nice place. Overall safe and excellent location. This is a 8.5 out of 10. Thank you very much.

Alessia was waiting at the property upon arrival. Was very cordial and went over everything. The apartment was in a perfect location. I only have one suggestion. Being two bathrooms they only give 2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Three would be better considering the stores didn’t even have any. Oh sorry make that two suggestions. They do have some type of cable but no CNN or BBC or MSNBC. which most offer. They said they offered Netflix. But you can’t log into your own account. So you have to watch it in French.
