About this apartment rental
The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo; 15 minutes' walk from the Vatican and Piazza di Spagna. is situated 40 meters from the River Tiber in an elegant and quiet environment, close to the historic landmarks of Rome, close to the metro station (Lepanto) and major bus lines, which makes it unnecessary to use of the car.
The apartment is furnished in a modern style and cheerful, with a choice of materials and color tones that make the space cozy and pleasant. Consists of an entrance hall with a sitting area and two comfortable red chairs, a coffee table and a flat screen television equipped with a DVD player, a living room with a sofa and another flat screen TV to allow more people to watch programs different. The kitchen is open plan and well equipped for the most demanding chef with electric induction hob, microwave, electric kettle and toaster and refrigerator with freezer.
There are two separate bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, one of which if necessary can be transformed into a comfortable double bed and are decorated with fresh colors and playful. There are two bathrooms, one associated to the room with the single beds and the second in the corridor and are made with refined design and original colors and are both equipped with a shower and hair dryer.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and is equipped with central heating and internet with a wi-fi in ultrafast optical fiber and completely free.
Please note that this apartment is located in the same villa in Art Nouveau style in which the apartment 'Catullo' is located on the site Homelidays number 6380942, allowing a larger group to spend their holidays together but at the same time without sacrificing privacy.

Costantine was an outstanding host. The apartment was exactly what we needed and accurately listed. Constantine doesn’t know English but no worries as Google Translate works just fine! Our kids loved that they got to hang with his dogs a couple times. They were missing their own. Located in the heart of Rome just a few steps from the Tiber River. Easy walk to everything you need for your stay and to several of the attractions such as Vatican City, The Pantheon, St. Peter’s Square and others. 5 minute walk to a great grocery. Several great restaurant recommendations within 10 minutes. We’ll definitely be back!

This is the first time to visit Rome for us
Our family liked this property very much
We appreciate the owner hospitality
Coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cookies and etc are stocked
Supermarket is very close to the property and we can cook breakfast and some dinner
The owner only can speak Italian and French but we could communicate through what’s up easily

Constantino is an excellent host. Proactive communications for check in and arranging airport drivers. He provided many extra area details at check in. Also water, snacks and wine.
Excellent location near Lepanto metro & bus stop. Very quiet near the river. Close to cafes and grocery.
Apartment is very clean. Well supplied kitchen. Poor internet service. Often slow or off line. Showers work fine but in need of updates.
