L’appartamento in generale è carino, pulito e silenzioso. Non nuovissimo, il bagno e alcuni dettagli della casa un po’ datati, ma in generale accettabile. Ottima l’assistenza e la cordialità di Filippo che ha gestito il check in. Ma il fatto che l’appartamento fosse al quarto piano con scale molto ripide é stato un disagio non da poco e non specificato in maniera chiara. Se non si è giovanissimi, questo dettaglio non è da sottovalutare perché durante la giornata si può avere l’esigenza di rientrare in casa più di una volta al giorno e la posizione non lo rende agevole.

Il fatto che fosse al quarto piano senza ascensore con scale molto ripide non lo rende comodo se non per i giovanissimi.
