Frattina Atmosphere apartment

I brought my 85-year-old mother & 78-year-old aunt to Italy & found that the Frattina Atmosphere Apartment was the best place we stayed! The reason being, they both have some walking issues & the unit itself easily accommodated 2 elderly women with an elevator (lift) & no stairs. We had 2 bathrooms & 2 bedrooms. This is very difficult to find in Italy. There were 2 separate areas as living space that easily accommodated a third bed if necessary. The beds were very comfortable, & linens were professionally cleaned & fresh. The hosts were very easy to speak with & stayed in communications along the way. I suggest WhatsApp for communications upon arriving in Italy as it is easy if you speak a different language (I'm American and no very limited Italian). We were greeted upon check in by Alessio who was very fluent in English & provided us detailed information on the unit, amenities & restaurants. Clothes washer was very much appreciated, & they provided fantastic hand & body wash. I like to provide more details for a true sense of the surrounding area to keep in mind for your specific needs. The area itself was in the center of a lot of restaurants, stores & attractions as indicated in the description. We ate at VIB Frattina a couple of doors down & it was excellent. The areas within walking distance (1 mile) felt safe for the 3 of us women. Taxi & Uber can easily get to the location, while bus stops are a little bit of a walk if you are able. Great location!!

Communication was great throughout the process with Isaac and Francesca and the seamless check in process with Raoni. Thank u!!! Location is in a quiet street and within 5-10 minute walk of the Spanish steps, Trevi and Pantheon, etc. As the street is wide, it was easy pick up or drop off for Uber or any car service. The service elevator is a bonus especially on days when you’ve already walked 10-15K steps during the day. Although there is a washer we ended up not using as it’s located in an odd place outside the window. But overall the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!

Raoni was really helpful. He took the time to explain the property (wifi, the keys, sofa bed) and the location and also gave us family-friendly restaurant recommendations. All of his recommendations were a hit! The apartment was a good size and plenty of space for our family of four, but it would have been even better with a better sofa and few more kitchen utensils to make preparing food easier (e.g a chopping board).

This apartment was perfect for us. Things I loved were:- each bedroom had it's own en suite, perfect for privacy.- one bedroom faced the main street, and the other bedroom faced THE quietest courtyard, perfect for light sleepers. - great communication with jacob, our host. he even arranged car service to get us from the airport.- they allow you to drop your bags prior to the actual check in time, eliminating the need to use one of the pricier luggage storage facilities nearby.- location was amazing. so close to all of the shopping and spanish steps, but on a street that wasn't as busy. best of both worlds.- we had 3 adults, and we never ran out of hot water...a rarity in Italy! I'm thinking that they may have a tankless hot water tank.- there is an elevator, another rarity in Italy! I would absolutely stay here again.
