Located 1 mile from downtown North Conway, you`ll l have access to hikes, kid attractions (Kahuna Laguna, Story Land, Thomas The Tank Engine visits), and great outlet shopping.

Sit around the living room fireplace, enjoy the breeze on the balcony. Updated bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and A/C unit as well.

COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL ON OUR HOME:
We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles etc.
- Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
- Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
The entire home is yours!
Jeremiah and Lisseth live right here in town and are available for you via text or call at any time.
Our home is located in the Stonehurst Manor condos. You are surrounded by woods yet walking distance from the Inn. You can also walk across the street to MOAT mountain smokehouse which has incredible food and beer. We are less than five minutes from downtown North Conway and super close to all the outdoor activities. If you have any questions about location, please reach out!

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our home and is subject to a $200 fine.
Animals are strictly prohibited.
Please note we have an outdoor security camera facing the front door to ensure compliance with guest count and our pet policy.
All amenities in our home, including the loft space may be dangerous if used improperly. Please use at your own risk.
Commercial use of our home is prohibited without written consent.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

The cove up North was perfect for our family! Very clean, the house mangers very easy to contact and replied quickly! A few things I would point out, there was no grill and the bath towels seemed well loved maybe time for some new ones! Other than that amazing and an impeccably clean home! Would love to return sometime in the near future.
