The quaint, white washed cottage & the wood burner make this a very romantic cottage, lovely walks along the river & forest walks close by. There is a shop only 250 yards away that has a great array of food & drink.. 2 steps to entrance.

Small lawned front garden (shared with other properties on-site). Rear courtyard (shared with other property on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under 6 years old. There are steps to the upper garden and a culvert in the front garden.. Holly Tree Cottage is situated within a shared access property, allowing guests to explore and connect with the beautiful natural surroundings. The cottage’s proximity to the river Eschaig is a major highlight, the serene waterway provides an opportunity for leisurely strolls along its banks, picnics by the water, or simply a peaceful spot to soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The enchanting village of Kilmun itself offers a host of attractions, from its historic church and ancient burial grounds to the Kilmun Arboretum. The entire area is steeped in history and culture, with numerous hiking trails, forests, and wildlife to explore. Guided hiking is available. You are a short drive to the centre of Dunoon & the ferry to take you back over to Helensburgh. Dunoon has parks and a swimming pool if you are looking for a quieter day.
