Comfortable holiday home with capacity for 6 people, located in a quiet residential area on the Montgó mountain, Denia. A charming house surrounded by lawn and Mediterranean garden, with a private pool and impressive views of the sea and surroundings. The holiday home has been recently renovated and has all the essential amenities such as open kitchen, air conditioning, internet, new mattresses and pillows, etc. The tranquil pool terrace offers a beautiful setting with plenty of sun to relax and enjoy a holiday with family and friends. The garden has its chill out area where you will enjoy moments of relaxation, to have a snack or simply to meet with friends or family. We cannot forget the covered terrace where you can have lunch or dinner with beautiful views.


The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), open kitchen and a large living room. The villa is on one floor, but to access the house you have to go down some stairs. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.


The sandy beach of Denia, Las Marinas or Marineta Cassiana are a 5-minute drive away, as well as the center of Denia and numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The comfort and proximity to the beach and sports activities make this villa suitable accommodation to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.
